1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "Company", "we", "us", "our" refers to Epic Events Ltd (Pty) trading as INXY
• "Platform" refers to the INXY website, applications, and services
• "Voucher" refers to digital vouchers purchased through our Platform
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any person who purchases or uses our Vouchers
• "Merchant" refers to businesses authorized to accept INXY Vouchers
• "PIN" refers to the Personal Identification Number associated with each Voucher

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our Platform or purchasing a Voucher, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information when purchasing Vouchers
• Have a valid South African mobile phone number for SMS delivery

4. Voucher Purchase

4.1 Purchase Process

• Vouchers are available in denominations from R30 to R500
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase
• We accept payments via Paystack and Ozow payment gateways
• Upon successful payment, your Voucher code and PIN will be sent via SMS to the phone number provided

4.2 Voucher Delivery

• Vouchers are delivered instantly via SMS upon successful payment
• You are responsible for ensuring the phone number provided is correct
• We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect phone numbers
• If you do not receive your SMS within 5 minutes of purchase, please contact support

4.3 Voucher Security

5. Voucher Redemption

5.1 How to Redeem

• Vouchers can be redeemed at any participating INXY service or authorized Merchant
• Both the Voucher code and PIN are required for redemption
• Partial redemptions are permitted; remaining balance stays on the Voucher

5.2 Redemption Limitations

• Vouchers can only be redeemed within the INXY ecosystem of services
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
• Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers
• Each Voucher can only be redeemed once per transaction

6. Voucher Validity

• Vouchers are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase
• Expired Vouchers cannot be redeemed or refunded
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before expiration via the contact details provided

7. Fees and Charges

• The purchase price is the full face value of the Voucher
• Payment processing fees may apply depending on your chosen payment method
• No additional fees are charged for Voucher redemption

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. In summary:

• Unused Vouchers may be refunded within 14 days of purchase
• Partially used Vouchers are not eligible for refund
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@inxy.co.za

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use Vouchers for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, modify, or reverse engineer our Platform
• Create or use counterfeit Voucher codes
• Transfer or resell Vouchers for commercial purposes without authorization
• Use automated systems to purchase large quantities of Vouchers
• Engage in fraudulent activities using our services

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Epic Events Ltd (Pty) trading as INXY and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Epic Events Ltd (Pty), its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our Platform or Vouchers
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services
• Change Voucher denominations, fees, or participating merchants
• Update these Terms at any time with reasonable notice

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be:

• First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
• Subject to mediation if negotiation fails
• Finally resolved through arbitration in accordance with South African law

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts for any disputes arising from these Terms.

16. Consumer Protection

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our services.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via our Platform or email. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
